Total Length: 8.5”
Blade Length: 4.125”
Grip Thickness: 0.75”
This one-of-a-kind handmade hunting knife pairs traditional layered Damascus steel with a segmented handle combining natural spalted wood and vivid blue accents.
The blade was produced by Iron Beak Forge from 1080 steel, 15N20, and nickel, creating a deeply contrasting Damascus pattern that travels across the length of the blade. The sweeping pattern becomes particularly dramatic toward the tip, where the layers curve and converge with the profile of the blade.
Its long hunting blade provides a substantial cutting edge while leaving plenty of surface area for the forged pattern to remain a major part of the finished design.
The handle combines three distinctly different materials. Natural spalted maple forms the primary sections, displaying dark organic spalting lines against warm golden wood. A segment of blue-dyed mango introduces additional natural figure and color, while blue Trustone provides a vivid stone-like centerpiece.
Dark spacers between the materials visually separate each section and allow the bright blue center to stand prominently against the natural wood.
The handle is finished with two decorative mosaic pins and a Lone Star mosaic pin, adding a subtle Texas signature without competing with the materials themselves.
Each knife is individually shaped, fitted, and finished by hand, ensuring that the natural spalting, wood figure, and Damascus pattern make this a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
A fitted Kydex sheath is included.

This knife is made from high-carbon steel and requires routine care to prevent rust and corrosion. Carbon steel is not stainless steel and may naturally develop a patina over time.
Keep the blade clean, completely dry, and lightly oiled when not in use. Do not leave the knife wet, submerged in water, or exposed to prolonged moisture. After use, clean and thoroughly dry the blade before returning it to its sheath. Apply a thin coat of appropriate knife or mineral oil regularly, particularly before storage.
Rust, corrosion, staining, or patina that develops after delivery as a result of use, moisture exposure, storage conditions, or lack of maintenance is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our warranty.
Continued care and maintenance after delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
