Total Length: 6.4”
Blade Length: 2.8”
Grip Thickness: 0.6”
This one-of-a-kind handmade hunting knife combines complex layered Damascus steel with genuine Jeep Fordite, bringing forged craftsmanship and automotive history together in a compact fixed blade.
The blade was produced by Iron Beak Forge with a layered 1080 and 15N20 core surrounded by a 1080 steel and copper Damascus jacket. This construction creates two distinct patterns within the blade: fine contrasting layers through the core and warm copper lines flowing through the outer jacket.
The sweeping hunter profile provides a generous curved cutting edge while giving the layered construction plenty of room to show. Every section of the blade reveals a slightly different combination of steel and copper, making the forged pattern unique to this individual knife.
The handle is crafted from genuine Jeep Fordite, a material formed from accumulated layers of automotive paint that were repeatedly sprayed and cured during vehicle manufacturing. Once cut, shaped, and polished, those hidden layers are exposed as flowing bands of color. This particular piece features a striking combination of black, white, and red, creating a bold contrast against the copper Damascus blade.
Three mosaic pins complete the design with an outdoor and Texas theme, featuring two mountain pins and a Lone Star pin.
Each knife is individually shaped and finished by hand and includes a fitted Kydex sheath.

This knife is made from high-carbon steel and requires routine care to prevent rust and corrosion. Carbon steel is not stainless steel and may naturally develop a patina over time.
Keep the blade clean, completely dry, and lightly oiled when not in use. Do not leave the knife wet, submerged in water, or exposed to prolonged moisture. After use, clean and thoroughly dry the blade before returning it to its sheath. Apply a thin coat of appropriate knife or mineral oil regularly, particularly before storage.
Rust, corrosion, staining, or patina that develops after delivery as a result of use, moisture exposure, storage conditions, or lack of maintenance is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our warranty.
Continued care and maintenance after delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
